CA Rishav Churiwal has an experience of over 14 years and has experience working in the areas of finance, audit, company law and management. He has advised various companies and institutions in incorporating practices for promoting Good Corporate Governance and ensures statutory compliances are always meet in a time bound and effective manner. 

He has also been actively involved in business management for his clients and and has advised the clients on various matters of management, operational efficiency, reporting systems, record management and data management techniques.

He has successfully completed GST impact analysis, GST migration, implementation and tax planning for various clients. He has undertaken the GST Impact Analysis and Audit for various sectors like Textile, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Telecommunications etc. He has worked in fields of permissive and purposive tax planning in order to avail all exemptions, deductions and rebates permissible within the ambit of Act and ensuring maximum tax compliance.

He has been involved in many management advisory, operational audits, information system audits for various clients and has also designed, implemented systems and policies for a number of clients.

He has been working thoroughly with various clients to set up various systems ensuring cost reduction, risk management, safeguarding of assets, independent and fair reporting of financial information for various SME and MSME clients of the firm.

He has also been involved in structuring of capital and debt profile for various clients in SME sector, reducing the cost of debt for clients across the industry has been the objective for him.
